Sandra Lee Marshall, Senior Director at HTC Global Services, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements and leadership in Health Care Technology.

Ms. Marshall has become well recognized in health care information technology (IT) and product innovation, most recently as a senior director of the health care domain at HTC Global Services, beginning in 2025. In this capacity, she focuses on emerging trends within the health care IT market, analyzing industry direction to identify growth opportunities and set strategic priorities. Her responsibilities include developing and refining training programs for new sales professionals, collaborating closely with the health care sales department, conducting gap analyses on product offerings and preparing recommendations to address these gaps. Ms. Marshall also creates and delivers training materials to support the expansion of HTC Global Services’ health care technology business.

Before joining HTC Global Services, Ms. Marshall served as the director of public health interoperability and IT systems at Altarum from 2023 to 2025. There, she led initiatives to improve public health data exchange and system integration, working with stakeholders to enhance interoperability across platforms. Ms. Marshall’s leadership contributed to advancing public health informatics and implementing innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

From 2022 to 2023, Ms. Marshall was a senior product manager for integrations and interoperability at Global Healthcare Exchange LLC, a software-as-a-service company based in Colorado. Between 2021 and 2022, she held the position of vice president overseeing service delivery, support, interoperability, onboarding and customer success at Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services.

Ms. Marshall’s tenure as a program manager for health care technology and PCI compliance/governance at Open Text Corporation, a publicly traded cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) company based in Canada, spanned from 2014 to 2020. She previously spent 2009 to 2014 as the manager of sales, product/marketing, client services and technology at Tenet Health. During this time, she developed strategies for market expansion and gained experience in managing sales and marketing teams. Among other roles, Ms. Marshall worked at Quest Diagnostics Inc. as a business development and field IT representative between 2006 and 2009, and Allegiance Healthcare Inc. as a senior director of marketing and sales for the western region, starting in 2001.

Ms. Marshall began her career as a product manager at Brunswick Bowling & Billiards in the early 1990s. Notably, she created Cosmic Bowling, a concept that transformed traditional bowling into an entertainment experience featuring music and lighting effects, which remains popular internationally today.

Ms. Marshall’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and management from Baker College and a Master of Business Administration in marketing from the Center for Graduate Studies at Baker College. She also completed advanced management training and certification in new product development strategies, quality improvement and finance at Northwestern University, as well as digital product management certification from the University of Virginia. Additional credentials include a PCIP certificate in PCI compliance from the PCI Security Standards Council LLC, Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the American Society for Quality, and real estate licensure in Michigan.

Ms. Marshall is an active member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives, reflecting her ongoing engagement with industry leaders and dedication to professional development. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is civically engaged as a volunteer with EyesOn Design and a supporter of Stop the Clot Spread the Word, demonstrating her commitment to community service alongside her industry contributions.

Throughout her career, Ms. Marshall has been recognized for her ability to collaborate closely with customers, ensuring their strategic visions are realized through tailored solutions that emphasize the critical link between AI and interoperability in health care IT systems. She is known for her strategic thinking, passion for innovation and commitment to delivering results that align with client objectives.

Ms. Marshall’s early success at Brunswick Bowling & Billiards earned her two ACE Awards for her innovative approach to forming Cosmic Bowling in 1990 and 1991. She attributes her achievements to resilience and a steadfast commitment to lifelong learning. Her family’s legacy in health care inspired her transition from manufacturing into health care technology in 2001, where she has since built a reputation for excellence across multiple organizations.

Looking ahead, Ms. Marshall aims to expand HTC Global Services’ product line within the health care sector. She also intends to continue investing in training future leaders by sharing her knowledge through mentorship, ensuring continued growth for both the company and its next generation of professionals.
