He later acquired a Master of Business Administration and management from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant in 2001 and a master’s degree in military operational art and science studies from Marine Corps University in Quantico, Virginia, in 2007. Mr. Howard’s commitment to continuous learning is evident through numerous professional credentials, including a certificate in biotechnology project management from the University of Washington in 2020.
Professionally engaged, Mr. Howard is involved with the American Production and Inventory Control Society and the San Diego Military Advisory Council. In recognition of his contributions to his country, Mr. Howard received such accolades as Joint Action Officer of the Quarter from the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command.
