In this global capacity, she is responsible for workforce planning and organizational design, collaborating with the executive vice president and the leadership team to understand how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the industry. Notably, Experian is an information services, global data and technology company, headquartered in Costa Mesa, California, that relies on data, analytics and software to help individuals realize their financial goals and help them save time and money.

In her leading role, Ms. Holman explores international markets, such as India, for data protection and supports operations across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment with the latest advancements in AI. Her expertise in collaboration and influence has been instrumental in building strong relationships with local HR business partners in India, Costa Rica, Brazil, the U.K. and Bulgaria.

Before joining Experian, Ms. Holman held several key positions at Charles River Laboratories, a biotechnology research organization in Mattawan, Michigan. First hired by Charles River Laboratories in 2020, Ms. Holman identified a lack of standardization in assisting leaders with staff leave of absence requests and frontline inquiries in her role as an HR manager. Through her leadership, she successfully created consistency across the region, receiving positive feedback from leadership for her efforts in workforce planning and ensuring effective staff management.

During her tenure at the lab, Ms. Holman also led a team that addressed frontline employee questions and managed leave of absence requests. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she was responsible for managing the triage process across the entire Midwest, ensuring staff safety during an unprecedented period. Ms. Holman reported monthly to the chief executive officer regarding positive COVID-19 cases.

Before joining Charles River Laboratories, Ms. Holman was a senior HR business partner at Epredia, a biotechnology research organization in Kalamazoo, Michigan, from 2017 to 2020. This role followed her initial appointment as an HR business partner for the company, starting in 2015.

Ms. Holman’s foundational experience was shaped by her role as an HR college co-op at American Axle & Manufacturing in Three Rivers, Michigan, from 2012 to 2013. She then advanced to recruiting specialist at Michigan Turkey Producers in the Grand Rapids Metropolitan area of Michigan, between 2013 and 2014, where she honed her skills in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. From there, Ms. Holman served as an executive assistant at Thermo Fisher Scientific’s ImmunoDiagnostics Division in Portage, Michigan, between 2014 and 2015, where she supported executive operations and gained valuable experience in organizational administration.

Ms. Holman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR management from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, in 2013. Her academic journey was marked by resilience and self-advocacy, qualities that have defined her professional path.

Throughout her career, Ms. Holman has demonstrated a commitment to professional development and civic engagement. She is a past president of the Society for Excellence in Human Resources at Western Michigan University and has volunteered for school career day events.

Ms. Holman’s ability to partner with leaders to drive strategy and execute plans effectively has earned her recognition, including the Collaborate to Win Award from both the India and U.K. HR business partners at Experian. She also received a President’s Award from Charles River Laboratories for her work with the Midwest COVID-19 triage, an honor awarded to only 50 employees. Furthermore, Ms. Holman was recognized among the 30 Under 30 by Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University and received The 30 award by Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University.

Among Ms. Holman’s most notable professional achievements was overseeing the transition from mainframe technology to cloud technology at Experian. When she joined the team, they were determining an exit date for individuals working on mainframe systems. Through Ms. Holman’s influence with leadership, it was established that the transition would occur in April 2026. In March 2025, employees who had worked on mainframe technology for over two decades were informed about their options to either plan for retirement or upskill during this transition. Of the 35 individuals notified of this change, 34 successfully retained their positions, a retention rate of 97 percent and the organization exceeded its goals for decommissioning servers from the mainframe environment.

Ms. Holman credits her ability to overcome challenges and maintain a positive outlook to lessons learned during her formative years at Western Michigan University, where she became actively involved on campus while pursuing her degree. Drawing inspiration from her experiences as a lifelong athlete, she is passionate about fostering positivity both professionally and personally. Looking ahead, Ms. Holman aspires to lead a global human resources team, motivated by her current leader’s impactful approach. She is eager to guide teams through technological advancements, such as AI, while making a meaningful difference within organizations worldwide.
