Stacy Stewart, Founder at TrueAnchor Group LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship.
Ms. Stewart established herself as a leading expert in strategic execution, organizational alignment and business transformation, with a career that included collaborations across Fortune 500 and mid-market organizations. After more than two decades working within corporate America, she transitioned into consulting in 2025, a move inspired by her desire for greater autonomy after realizing she no longer wished to return to a large corporate structure.
As the founder of TrueAnchor Group LLC, a company that provides fractional executive leadership and supports organizations in navigating complex enterprise transformation, Ms. Stewart has found great success. Through this venture, she partners with executive leaders, including chief information officers, chief operating officers and chief transformation officers, to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. She is recognized for designing operating models, governance frameworks and leadership structures that advance large-scale initiatives with clarity, alignment and momentum. Ms. Stewart’s Anchor-Architect-Activate approach begins by aligning strategy and identifying misalignment or governance friction, then designing the necessary structures and resources before embedding the framework so leadership teams can operate effectively. This fractional model reduces risk for organizations by offering shorter, flexible engagements and ongoing support as needed.
In addition to her work at TrueAnchor Group LLC, Ms. Stewart became a partner for strategic growth and delivery at GRC Partners LLC in 2026. Based in Saint Louis, the firm serves as a governance, risk and compliance consultancy.
Earlier, Ms. Stewart served as an independent consultant specializing in digital transformation and information technology (IT) strategy through Stewart Consulting & Advisory from 2025 to 2026, where she provided her expertise on digital transformation and IT strategy initiatives. She also spent nearly a decade at Bayer AG between 2016 and 2024, beginning as an IT director of customer experience. In this capacity, she was responsible for advancing customer-centric strategies through innovative digital solutions. Ms. Stewart then served as IT director of digital transformation, marketing, pricing and product portfolio from 2020 to 2024. During this time, she was instrumental in restructuring a failing $60 million global digital transformation program by building an operating model that aligned more than 6,000 stakeholders across multiple regions. This effort enabled stakeholders to understand the purpose of the initiative, connect work streams and execute more efficiently.
Before Bayer AG acquired Monsanto Company, Ms. Stewart served as an IT director of digital marketing from 2014 to 2016 for the organization, where she led digital marketing initiatives that supported business growth and transformation. She first joined Monsanto Company in 2012 as an IT lead for the regional brands’ supply chain, where she played a key role in optimizing supply chain operations through technology-driven solutions.
Ms. Stewart’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in marketing management from Missouri State University and a Master of Science in computer information systems from Webster University. Additionally, he received several professional credentials, including a certified IT service management foundation professional, Six Sigma green belt certification, and project management professional certification from the Project Management Institute.

Beyond her work-related pursuits, she has participated in mission trips and church youth group activities, reflecting her commitment to civic engagement.
Throughout her career, Ms. Stewart has been recognized for her achievements with several honors, beginning in 2010 with an IT Values Award for Harvest Performance and Readiness from Monsanto Company. She also won two Above and Beyond Awards in 2011, a Global Infrastructure – Thought Leadership Award in 2011 and The Art of Influencing and Negotiating from The Actors Institute in 2018.
Ms. Stewart attributes her success to her faith, which instills hope, joy and positivity, qualities shaped by her parents and grandmother. Her father’s military background also provided structure, organization, empathy and strong people skills that have influenced every aspect of her career. Looking ahead, Ms. Stewart aims to continue progressing, scaling TrueAnchor Group LLC by adding three to five professionals who share her expertise, along with administrative support, so she can meet growing demand while maintaining selectivity over projects without expanding into a large organization.
