With over a decade of experience to her credit, Ms. Anderson is a respected leader in recruiting and business development. Since 2022, she has excelled as the senior vice president of national business development and recruiting for USA Mortgage, Das Acquisition, a role in which she oversees a majority of the company’s growth initiatives,mentors senior leadership on how to grow their businesses, and manages teams comprised of 15 people or more. Prior to her current appointment, she operated as a business development manager at NFM Lending before finding success with Academy Mortgage Corporation, bringing in over $1 billion in production as the national business development manager and being promoted as the vice president of national recruiting. Ms. Anderson began her career handling outbound sales for Health Plan Services before serving as a corporate recruiter for Residential Finance Corporation in Tampa, Florida.
Before embarking on her vocational journey, Ms. Anderson pursued a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Science in journalism and communication from the University of Florida. She is currently obtaining a master’s degree in employment law at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. To remain abreast of developments in her industry, she remains affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management and the Mortgage Bankers Association. Adjacent to her primary duties, Ms. Anderson also remains active in her community as a civic-minded citizen, donating to catholic charities and volunteering with Catholic Charities, the Women’s Safe House, and the American National Red Cross.
Well regarded for her accomplishments in the field, Ms. Anderson has been honored with several accolades over the course of her career, including being named in the 40 of the Most Influential Mortgage Executives under the age of 40 in the United States by National Mortgage Professional Magazine in 2019. She was also named the Rookie of the Year by NFM Lending in 2013 and was recognized as a Top-selling Agent for Health Plan Services in 2005. She has been featured in articles on Yahoo Finance, Fox Business News, NEXT Mortgage Events, National Mortgage Professional, American Business Media, Mortgage Daily News, and Top Women in Mortgage. Looking to the future, Ms. Anderson hopes to continue helping her company grow in the smartest ways possible, in addition to raising her son, Austin.
