With years of expertise to her credit in the fields of hospitality and event planning, Ms. Fajkus has distinguished herself as the co-owner of 360 AV Design. Founded in 2019, the event production firm has earned a laudable reputation for providing exceptional audio, visual, staging and lighting services to various clients throughout the region of Houston, Texas. In her capacity at 360 AV Design, Ms. Fajkus is responsible for a number of administrative functions, as well as managing company inventory and acting in a customer-facing role.
Prior to her current endeavors, Ms. Fajkus hailed from a multifaceted career path, which encompassed work in the education field, hospitality, the corporate sector and, initially, at the Walt Disney Company. To remain aware of developments in her industry, she maintains her affiliation with such organizations as the National Association for Catering and Events (NACE) and the Houston chapter of the International Live Events Association, of which she is a past vice president and member of the board. Likewise dedicated to civic advocacy, Ms. Fajkus donates much of her time and energy to charitable causes, most particularly those involving animal rights.
Ms. Fajkus’ performance in the field was largely born of her academic journey, which began at Saint Mary’s College of California, from which she attained a Bachelor of Arts in communications in 2003. She went on to study at San Diego State University, where she earned a master’s degree in 2017. Eminently qualified if her field, she is a certified professional in catering and event planning through NACE.
