With more than 20 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Cullison has excelled as a amanging director for CullCo Consulting since 2023 and the head of U.S. specialty established brand for Teva Pharmaceuticals Ltd. since 2022. He previously held a number of positions with Teva Pharmaceuticals Ltd. between 2019 and 2022, including as the head of U.S. migraine, the head of U.S. specialty medicine marketing operations and legacy brands, the chief of staff, the head of specialty medicine, and the senior director of marketing operations for U.S. specialty. From 2016 to 2019, Mr. Cullison formerly found success with Merck as a global marketing director for biomarkers and CDx lead for LYNPARZA, a global diagnostics strategy lead, a global marketing director for GU cancers and new indications for KEYTRUDA and a prostate cancer strategy lead.
Prior to these appointments, Mr. Cullison served as the deputy director for Bayer Pharmaceuticals from 2013 to 2014 and the director for Taiho Oncology Inc. from 2014 to 2016. He had formerly contributed to Merck in various roles between 2003 and 2013, such as a senior scientist, the manager of state health policy, the marketing manager, a senior marketing manager and the associate director of marketing. Mr. Cullison began his career as a quality engineer with General Mills Inc. from 2000 to 2003.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Cullison pursued an education at North Carolina State University, from which he initially earned a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and a Bachelor of Science in microbiology in 1998. He continued his academic efforts with a Master of Science in food science and a minor in epidemiology at North Carolina State University in 2000. Following these accomplishments, Mr. Cullison concluded his studies at Drexel University in 2009, graduating with a Master of Public Health.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Cullison has been active as the president of the food science club at the University of North Carolina from 1999 to 2000 and a board member for FACT Bucks County from 2015 to 2017. In 2000, he was celebrated for his participation with the Food Science Chapter of the Nation. A classically trained scientist and published author who attributes his success to the support and encouragement of his family, he is incredibly proud of his involvement in KEYTRUDA, an effective cancer treatment medicine, with Merck in 2016, as well as in Gardasil, an HPV-prevention vaccine. Mr. Cullison hopes to continue mentoring the next generation of professionals in his industry while growing his consulting practice in the coming years.
