With more than five decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Milton has cultivated a fulfilling career as a professional project manager. Specializing in systems engineering, he has served as an acquisition analyst for UIC Government Services since 2022. Prior to his current appointment, he excelled in several senior consultant roles at Client Solution Architects from 2015 to 2022. Likewise, he was an ERP project manager at SRA, a CSRA company, in 2008 and at Serco from 2008 to 2015. At the onset of his career, Mr. Milton honorably served in the United States Navy from 1974 to 1989, notably operating as a nuclear submarine officer between 1978 and 1988. He would later complete a wealth of professional work with the Navy in the latter stages of his career as well.
Ever committed to his profession, Mr. Milton remains active as a member of the Project Management Institute Inc., who recently certified him as a project management professional (PMP) in 2019. As part of his vocational journey, he also pursued a formal education, originally earning a Bachelor of Science in marine engineering at the United States Naval Academy in 1978. He ultimately achieved a Master of Business Administration in acquisitions at Strayer University in 2013. Adjacent to his primary duties, he also maintains his dedication to civic advocacy, regularly supporting missionaries overseas and in the United States. In light of his fulfilling career, he has largely attributed his success to the guidance and support of his parents and mentors. Looking toward the future, Mr. Milton hopes to conclude his work on a naval project while continuing to thrive in his field.
