Joseph Eisenstein, executive vice president at the Galman Group, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of engineering.
Drawing on more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Eisenstein has cultivated a fulfilling career in the construction industry. Specializing in project development and both general construction and contracting, he has excelled as an executive vice president at the Galman Group since 2019. In his leadership role, he oversees various construction and development initiatives for his company, in addition to managing capital-related improvements to the company’s portfolio of more than 10,000 apartments throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Eisenstein operated as a partner with SSH Real Estate for 15 years. He was also the owner of Limestone Development LLC for several years, and he originally began his career working as a mechanical engineer in New York.
As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Eisenstein pursued a formal education, earning a bachelor’s degree in environmental and mechanical engineering at the New York Institute of Technology. In addition to his academic credentials, he also holds a real estate finance certification from New York University. In his adjacent civic-minded efforts, he has supported several charitable organizations throughout his time in the field. Furthermore, during his time with SSH Real Estate, he managed one of the largest historic restoration projects in the United States in 2012. To commemorate his achievements, Mr. Eisenstein has been honored with multiple Balmer Awards.
