Mr. Shultz contributed to BAE Systems as pricing manager of technology solutions and services in 2006 and as senior director of pricing and support solutions from 2006 to 2011. He established himself as pricing director at AECOM – Government Services Group from 2011 to 2013. He found success as director of corporate pricing at Anthem, Inc. from 2013 to 2017 and as director of pricing and reporting at MHM Services, Inc. from 2017 to 2018.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Shultz pursued an education at the Indiana University South Bend where he earned an associate’s degree in 1984 and a Bachelor of Science in business administration in 1985. He concluded his academic efforts at the University of Virginia, completing a graduate certification in procurement and contracts management in 2009. He received a Six Sigma Green Belt certification in 1999. In addition to his primary vocation, he remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the Homeowner Association.
Mr. Shultz attributes his success to his passion and love for what he does, especially problem-solving. His most notable achievement was streamlining the combination of different tools to further automate processes, connecting two different tools together in order that they function together. In the immediate future, he envisions himself working as an independent consultant with companies seeking assistance on various projects and proposals.
