His role involves attracting outside investment and creating new job opportunities, building on his extensive experience as a Campbell County Commissioner from 2015 to 2023 and as a small business owner in various enterprises, including Rusty’s Taxidermy since 2004, allDimensions Fitness Center, Grinners Bar & Liquor Store and The Axe House.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Bell served as a Campbell County Commissioner for eight years, where he played a pivotal role in guiding the community through challenges and fostering economic growth. His commitment to community development is further reflected in his ownership of various businesses that contribute to the local economy. His career began with Rusty’s Taxidermy, a business he has successfully owned and operated for over 19 years, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen.
Mr. Bell pursued his education at the University of Jamestown, earning a Bachelor of Arts in biology in 1997. He has continued his academic efforts through various certifications and affiliations with organizations such as the National Association of Counties and the Interagency Working Group on Coal & Power Plant Communities & Economic Revitalization. His dedication to innovation and community service has earned him several accolades, including the Riding for the Brand Award from the Wyoming County Association in 2020. Looking ahead, he is committed to furthering economic development in Northeastern Wyoming and inspiring aspiring professionals to think outside the box and embrace new ideas.
