Nathaniel “Nate” J. Bray, president of Bray Realty Advisors LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in real estate.

With 34 years of experience, Mr. Bray is a distinguished commercial real estate professional. He currently serves as the president of Bray Realty Advisors LLC, a position he has held since 2010. In this role, he oversees brokerage, tenant and landlord representation and works with a team of three real estate agents, company managers and an accountant.

Mr. Bray’s latest projects include the development of an 18,000-square-foot medical building in Port St. Lucie, a 10,000-square-foot retail center and a 15,000-square-foot retail center. He is also in the process of building two 32,000-square-foot buildings, set to be completed in 2025. Additionally, he is working on corporate development, building a suite totaling 75,000 square feet.

Mr. Bray began his career as a director at The Cornerstone Campaign at Gordon College from 1986 to 1989. Before embarking on his professional path, he pursued an education, earning a Bachelor of Science in education from Gordon College in 1984 and a Master of Education in sports management from Springfield College in 1986.

Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Bray has participated in various civic organizations, including Christ Fellowship Church and the Treasure Coast Hospice as well as coaching high school and middle school basketball in the local school district. He has also served as a college basketball coach in California and Massachusetts. He has been a past board president of Lake Worth Christian School and a past chair-elect and past treasurer of the Economic Development Council of St. Lucie County, Inc. He has also been involved in various positions with the Local School Board of his children’s school and has been associated with organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute, and the local Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Bray attributes his success to his consistency, unwavering loyalty and ethical standards. He is highly esteemed for his credibility and trustworthiness, earning him the confidence of his clients. He attributes his success to his wife, who he says has been a tremendous source of inspiration for him, providing support and encouragement that have been instrumental in helping him establish Bray Realty Advisors LLC.

Looking ahead, Mr. Bray envisions bringing more talented individuals into the company to enhance its quality and expand its capabilities. He is highly confident in his current property management team and aims to augment the project management aspect of the business. He plans to support and develop his team members, allowing them to take the company to greater heights. To achieve this, he intends to recruit top-notch real estate brokers who can help in expanding the business. This will enable him to focus on the development aspect of the business by purchasing assets individually or in groups that these brokers will put together. His ultimate goal is to continue to develop the business and take it to new heights of success.
