Laying a foundation for his successes, Mr. Becker pursued coursework in European business and management at Brunel University London and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Applied Science in Munich, Germany, in 2005. Additionally, he continues to hold memberships with the Austin Regional Manufacturers Association and the Society of Automotive Engineers.
Reflecting on his career, Mr. Becker’s journey began with extensive experience in automotive operations, where he specialized in analyzing and enhancing processes. Transitioning from a large corporation to a smaller one marked a pivotal shift in focus. Instead of relying on vast resources, he faced the challenge of steering a small team of three toward operational improvements. His approach involved systematically addressing the most pressing challenges until the desired outcomes were achieved.
Mr. Becker’s career began in Germany before he moved to China with his wife and daughter for four and a half years. Later, they relocated to El Paso, where they crossed the border into Mexico daily for three years before finally settling in Austin. These global experiences have profoundly shaped his perspective and allowed him to build a robust international network, leading to numerous opportunities and valuable partnerships. He takes great pride in overcoming the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating remarkable leadership skills in keeping the company afloat and attracting new customers. His efforts ensured the company secured the necessary funds and maintained positive relationships with landlords.
Mr. Becker attributes his success to his ability to unite people and motivate them to perform at their best.
