He currently serves as the president of Technical Resolution LLC, a role he has held since 2014. Previously, he served as the president and chief executive officer for multiple corporations, including Technical Resolution Corp., P&B Services, Inc., Fresh Flavor Meals, Inc., and Pyramid Food Services, Inc. His career also includes project management roles, grant writing, and support for small businesses, local nonprofits, and national initiatives like America Speaks Rebuild New Orleans and FEMA’s Katrina helpline. Furthermore, Mr. Al-Hadid is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
Mr. Al-Hadid’s educational journey includes psychology coursework at Olympic Junior College, business administration studies at the University of Puget Sound, and a Bachelor of Arts in multi-interdisciplinary studies from The Evergreen State College. He also pursued coursework toward a Master of Information Systems at George Washington University. He has previously held certifications from the Virginia State Commission, Bureau of Insurance in Life and Health and the National Federation of Housing Counselors Inc., as well as multiple training certificates from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
Mr. Al-Hadid notably secured a grant from the State of Washington to establish an employment office that placed 400 Vietnam veterans and low-income residents find jobs annually for 5 years. He expanded KP Service through the SBA 8(a) program that provided services to U.S. Army and U.S. Navy, serving as subcontractor at Trident Naval Facility in Puget Sound, Washington, as prime contractor at Trident Base in King Bay, Georgia, and as JV Partner on Alaska Pipeline (ALYESKA). He additionally established a JV in Saudi Arabia and secured a $30 million contract for support services for building a desalination plant at Al-Jubail. Likewise, he established a food manufacturing plant, Fresh Flavor Meals, Inc. by receiving a $1 million loan from the U.S. Department of Commerce producing NASA-tested MREs. Mr. Al-Hadid further established job training and employment for welfare recipients, ex-inmates and Veterans to fill 90 percent of all jobs in food production and distribution.
