With over two decades of experience, Mr. Christian has built a successful career in insurance, currently excelling as the director of compliance operations for Integrity Marketing Group LLC, an insurance credit firm, since 2021. In this role, he ensures that all business processes, including those of newly acquired companies, comply with regulations, collaborates with operations to integrate acquisitions and establish compliance functions, and leads the selection, training, and professional development of the compliance team. He also manages enterprise risk at a C-suite level, conducting quarterly meetings to discuss key business risks affecting profit, and oversees compliance for business operations, implementing best practices, checklists, and playbooks to ensure adherence to laws and improve processes. Additionally, he maintains strong working relationships with compliance personnel and has successfully completed multiple audits for carriers, achieving compliance rates between 98% and 100%.
Mr. Christian’s experience also includes serving as senior manager of legal, compliance, and licensing at National Lloyds Insurance Company from 2019 to 2021, where he also worked as legal and regulatory compliance manager in 2019. He was supervisor of license, risk, and compliance at State Farm from 2016 to 2019, supervisor of enterprise claims licensing from 2014 to 2016, senior catastrophe claim representative from 2008 to 2014 in Dallas, Texas, and senior systems analyst from 2005 to 2008, following an internship in 2003 and 2004 in Bloomington, Illinois. He dedicates time to the CPCU Society, is a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., Jackson State University National Alumni Association, and serves as a chapter member of JSUNAA–DFW Chapter. Additionally, he is a board member of the Callahan Foundation, a member of Friendship-West Baptist Church, and mentors through Kappa Alpha Psi. In light of his impressive undertakings, he was honored with the Top 40 Under 40 Alpha Cohort Award by Jackson State University in 2023.
Laying a strong educational foundation for his achievements, Mr. Christian earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science with a minor in mathematics from Jackson State University, graduating cum laude in 2005. He also attained the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and associate in general insurance designations from The Institutes Knowledge Group in 2016. Reflecting on his path, a significant milestone was being selected as one of five senior leaders to oversee the successful merger and acquisition of National Lloyds, culminating in its sale to Align Financial Holdings for approximately $150 million, an honor personally entrusted by the chief executive officer. He takes pride in his role as a senior catastrophe claim representative, where he was a prominent figure for State Farm, assisting individuals facing significant property losses due to natural disasters such as tornadoes, hailstorms, and windstorms. He attributes his success to the influence of his mother, whose 36-year tenure at the IRS inspired him with her exceptional work ethic. In her memory, he established an endowment, raising $29,000 within three years and donating it to Jackson State University. Looking ahead, he envisions continued growth and development within his organization.
