Mr. Vaidya takes great pride in developing a program designed to help the public better understand government accounting during his tenure at Deloitte and collaborated with cross-functional teams to launch a feature that reached millions of users in a remarkably short period at Amazon. He believes his key strength lies in his ability to anticipate and address potential issues during the planning and execution phases of a program. He excels at identifying overlooked coordination needs between cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration by involving the right people at the right time.
