Ms. Lingle, a dedicated human resources (HR) professional, joined Bruening Rock Products as its director of HR in 2022. As such, she manages all aspects of human resources for the family-owned business, which comprises over 425 employees. Relying on a payroll manager to help her with daily tasks, she manages best practices and has been instrumental in improving the work culture of its employees. Ms. Lingle also oversees all employee benefits, including 401(k) and Health Savings Account plans and renewals. She also manages conflict resolution and other HR matters that arise.
Before being acquired by her company, Ms. Lingle was a human resources and operations manager at Broadway Dental Care in Rochester, Minnesota, after serving as an office manager at Gentling Dental Care in Rochester. Pivoting to Bruening Rock Products, she spent her entire career in the health care sector, dating back to 1998 when she joined OSF Medical Group Center for Health as a billing coordinator.
Highly qualified in her field, Ms. Lingle received an Associate of Applied Science from Illinois Central College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in human resources, summa cum laude, from Midstate College. She also received certification as a medical office assistant and is now working toward a credential from the Society for Human Resource Management, where she is also a member. Aside from her work-related endeavors, Ms. Lingle is an active member of her local Kiwanis Club. She credits her professional success to her father’s guidance and her ability to adapt to the challenges of a new work environment. Looking toward the future, she envisions continued growth with a commitment to continuous development.
