Jared M. Stanger, MHA, LSSMBB, president and co-founder at Magnified Learning LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in health care and education.
With nearly two and a half decades of experience, Mr. Stanger has established a successful career in education and health care. Since 2021, he has served as the president and co-founder of Magnified Learning LLC. Magnified Learning offers diverse educational options, including online, in-person, and hybrid formats, and offers membership-based online resources. In this role, he leads initiatives to advance health care strategy and improvement while educating professionals in Cohesive Value Transformation, a redesigned Lean Six Sigma approach tailored for the health care industry. His responsibilities include developing and delivering continuing education programs and certifications that drive business growth and strategic development for health care organizations. Additionally, he contributes to the field as a presenter specializing in health care turnaround time, quality, and process improvement.
Mr. Stanger’s experience also includes client engagement executive at Accumen Inc. from 2019 to 2024, lab operations excellence director for Accumen Inc.’s East Coast markets from 2017 to 2019, business process manager at Riverside Health System from 2015 to 2017, and medical value implementation consultant at Capital BlueCross from 2014 to 2015. Earlier in his career, he was a graduate teaching assistant at The Pennsylvania State University from 2013 to 2014, an administrative resident at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in 2013, and a mobile sales lead at Best Buy from 2011 to 2012, as well a performance improvement intern at Madison Memorial Hospital in 2011 and an administrative intern at Seasons Medical in 2010.
Laying an educational foundation, Mr. Stanger earned a bachelor’s degree in health care administration and management, with a minor in foreign languages, from Brigham Young University, Idaho, in 2011, and a master’s degree in health care administration from The Pennsylvania State University in 2014. His professional certifications include a certified lean six sigma master black belt from Magnified Learning LLC, project management professional from Infotec, certified lean six sigma black belt from Lean Methods Group, and a change leadership certificate earned in 2015.
Reflecting on his path, Mr. Stanger’s most notable achievement is the reinvention of Lean Six Sigma. He authored a white paper advocating for an enhanced approach to address societal variations, emphasizing the need for companies to become more productive, flexible, and culturally sensitive while aligning customer value delivery with employees’ values. In light of his impressive undertakings, he received a Leadership Excellence Award from Capital BlueCross in 2014 and was named a National Case Study Finalist (Top 6) for Urgent Care Expansion and Innovation at the UAB National Case Competition that same year. He attributes his success to the support of mentors and his wife, highlighting the importance of mentorship in empowering and uplifting others to grow and achieve together. Looking to the future, he envisions Magnified Learning LLC expanding its global reach to help individuals heal and reduce unnecessary harm and costs worldwide. He aspires to foster a better-functioning world where businesses recognize and deliver true value while minimizing harm to the environment and communities, empowering people from all backgrounds to drive meaningful change and improvement.
