Angie Mosley, founder and chief executive officer of Double Dutch Divas LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in health and wellness and education.
Ms. Mosley is an experienced professional who splits her time between education and health and wellness. Since 2011, she has been affiliated with the Seattle Public School System as a paraprofessional and RV building representative at Rainier View Elementary School. Her roles encompass supervising, caring for and instructing special needs students in regular and self-contained classrooms. She also represents individuals in advancing the interests of educators and public education while providing union leadership for school staff members.
In addition to her career in the classroom, Ms. Mosley has been the founder and chief executive officer of Double Dutch Divas LLC since 2021, a company she started to promote healthy living and community engagement through the sport of Double Dutch. Before forming Double Dutch Divas LLC, Ms. Mosley worked for the City of Seattle and the City of SeaTac as a dispatcher and recreation leader III. Besides her work-related commitments, Ms. Mosley has been a member of the National Education Association, the Black Student Union, the Washington Education Association and the Seattle Education Association. Civically, she has been engaged with the Boys & Girls Club of America, has served as a mentor for My Sister’s Keeper in Seattle, as a youth advocate for the City of Seattle, and as a volunteer for POCAAN.
A graduate of the South Seattle Community, Ms. Mosley received an Associate of Applied Science in business information technology in 2011. She has also garnered various diverse professional credentials in teaching, crisis prevention, conflict management, first-aid training, and, among other areas, peer counseling. Since entering the workforce, Ms. Mosley has garnered success and recognition, particularly for her contributions to Double Dutch Divas LLC by being featured in Look, Listen + Learn TV, Converged Media, Seattle Connected, and other media outlets. She has also been recognized with numerous accolades, including Business of the Year by the Soul Café Awards in 2022 and a Black Owned Business & Excellence Award in 2025. Additionally, Ms. Mosley received an Unsung Hero Award from the Rainier Beach Action Coalition in 2023 for her dedication to her students and her passion for wanting to see them grow.
