Working his way up from the bottom, Mr. Davis began his career at UMB Bank as an operations manager in production support in 2006. Over the years, he secured positions as a fleet card product manager, commercial card product manager, commercial card product and implementation group manager, and card operations manager and card systems services manager. Earlier, Mr. Davis worked for JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a financial service adviser and an account supervisor between 2000 and 2004. Attributing much of his success to his curiosity, Mr. Davis’s expertise in card operations, processors and platforms, mapping data segments, and platform product management has also driven his career forward.
Educated at Missouri State University, Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and professional and technical writing since 2002. He also holds credentials as a payment card industry professional and internal security assessor through the PCI Security Standards Council LLC. Mr. Davis is active in his field as a member of the Society for Technical Communication, helping him remain abreast of industry trends. He also volunteers within his community by participating in food preparation for the Ronald McDonald House of Kansas City. Eager for the future of his career, Mr. Davis intends to continue expanding his knowledge base and become recognized for his hard work and accomplishments. He also hopes to help others protect and manage payment systems and become more broadly involved in the payments sector so he can have a more significant impact as a steward of payment networks.
