Mr. Gidadhubli, a leader in information technology (IT), joined Macro Solutions, a woman-owned information technology and management consulting firm based in Washington, D.C., in 2022. As the firm’s chief transformation officer, he has prioritized company growth while establishing new areas of practice and additional revenue streams. His primary goal is to identify the sources of revenue that achieve 60-70% margins, which he is actively working to practice building for the company. Bringing with him over 30 years of expertise, Mr. Gidadhubli began his career as a programmer analyst at Tata Consultancy Services in 1991. Over the years, he worked for such organizations as MASTECH, American Management Systems, and the Canadian-based company CGI, where he spent over 25 years as its director of consulting services and vice president of consulting.
In preparation for his future, Mr. Gidadhubli achieved a Master of Engineering in computer engineering from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute at the National Technical University of Ukraine in 1991. He also completed the chief technology officer program at Wharton Executive Education and garnered numerous professional credentials, including product management and strategy from Wharton Executive Education and value creation from Florida Atlantic University. Moreover, Mr. Gidadhubli holds certification as a project management professional through the Project Management Institute and designation as a SAFe DevOps practitioner through Scaled Agile Inc. Beyond his education, he is active as a member of the Association of Government Accountants and the IACT.
Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Gidadhubli was instrumental at CGO, growing the company’s team from zero to over 250 employees in under two years. He also secured a U.S. patent and contributed to “Financial Management Systems” from 2005 to 2010. However, Mr. Gidadhubli’s most notable career accomplishments have been his ability to seek out mentors and learn from exceptional individuals who helped him see things from a different perspective. He has also been fortunate to work with great managers who provided him with opportunities to excel. In the future, Mr. Gidadhubli aspires to continue providing solutions through his work that will aid the country in overcoming various challenges.
