Recruited to TreeHouse Foods from Bombardier, an aviation manufacturer in Atlanta, Ms. Aderinto excelled as a health, safety and environmental advisor from 2015 to 2018 and as an HSE project manager at Power Distribution Systems for the organization between 2017 and 2018. Her expertise in these roles was pivotal in advancing safety standards within the organization.

Ms. Aderinto’s career began with foundational experiences that shaped her professional trajectory. From 2009 to 2013, she worked as a health, safety and environmental supervisor at PepsiCo in Danville, Illinois. Between 2007 and 2008, Ms. Aderinto was a loss prevention consultant with Liberty Mutual Insurance Group/Wausau Insurance in Dallas/Fort Worth and Wisconsin.

Highly educated to support her career success, Ms. Aderinto received a Master of Science in risk control from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2007. While pursuing her advanced degree, she completed an environmental, health and safety internship at 3M in the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area in 2006. Her academic pursuits have been instrumental in her professional success, providing her with a robust foundation in risk management and safety protocols. Ms. Aderinto is now pursuing a PhD in public policy with a focus on environmental justice for the less privileged.

In addition to her formal education, Ms. Aderinto holds numerous professional credentials, including becoming a certified safety professional from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and receiving various Occupational Safety and Health Administration certifications from Georgia Institute of Technology.
