Before these endeavors, Mr. Hawkins was the chief operating officer at Alt10 from 2013 to 2015. His tenure there was characterized by strategic oversight and operational excellence. Before that, he owned IFS Investments and Imoney Coach for nearly two decades, starting in 1994. Mr. Hawkins’ career began with several previous roles that laid a strong foundation for his future achievements. From 1991 to 1993, he worked as an economist at First American Monitory Consultants, followed by a position as education director at Consumer Credit Counseling Service between 1989 and 1992.

Mr. Hawkins’ academic background includes an Associate of Arts in theology from Christ for the Nations in Dallas in 1986 and a Bachelor of Science in business from Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, Colorado, in 1989. These educational achievements have shaped his approach to business and personal development.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Hawkins is deeply committed to civic engagement and philanthropy. He is a donor through his family foundation and actively participates in organizations such as Global Team, Dare 2 Share Ministries and Abide Ministries. He also volunteers at his church.

Mr. Hawkins’ passion for personal development extends into his writing. He first authored the book, “Money Is the Smallest Part of Your Finances,” in 2007. He later released “God the Devil and the Internet: The Online Advantage: Using God’s Blueprint To Thrive in a Connected World, Maximize the Internet’s Potential for Blessings While Guarding Against Risks” in 2024 and “Unshakeable Life” in 2025.

In addition to his writing contributions, Mr. Hawkins frequently serves as a guest on podcasts such as “365 Christian Men” and “Digital Desperados,” sharing insights on personal growth and faith-based living. He attributes his success to perseverance, tenacity and a constant effort to improve in all his endeavors. Looking ahead, Mr. Hawkins aims to continue building businesses and developing individuals into more influential roles while writing books that inspire individuals to live abundantly according to their divine purpose rather than personal ambition.
