Her work there included managing a team of over two dozen employees, comprising data science managers, scientists, analysts and engineers in marketing and product analytics efforts, where she was instrumental in leading data-driven decision-making processes that enhanced the company’s market reach. Ms. Gupta also excelled as the director of data and analytics at Papa Inc., a companion care company for older adults, in 2022. She initially joined the organization as a senior manager of data science and analytics from 2021 to 2022, where she led initiatives that optimized data utilization for business growth.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Gupta held significant roles at Facebook/Meta, where she was a data and analytics manager from 2019 to 2021 and a data science manager in 2021. At American Airlines, she gained invaluable experience in various positions between 2014 and 2019 and at Publicis Sapient (formerly Sapient) from 2010 to 2012.
Ms. Gupta’s academic background is equally impressive, with a Bachelor of Technology in electrical engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela in 2010 and a Master of Science in business analytics from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014. Her education has been complemented by numerous certifications, including generative artificial intelligence courses from DeepLearning.AI and Google Cloud, further solidifying her data science expertise.
