Before joining Stord, Mr. Green spent a decade at Quiet Logistics, where he served as the general manager of operations and director of operational excellence between 2013 and 2023. Mr. Green was drawn to this post due to his need to finance his college tuition, after which point he developed a passion for his responsibilities and eventually advanced from an hourly third-shift employee into his ultimate administrative positions.
Mr. Green’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in business administration and finance from Southern New Hampshire University. This academic foundation has been crucial in equipping him with the knowledge and skills necessary for his roles in operational excellence. Moreover, Mr. Green established himself as an exceptional student in high school, having involved himself with various activities critical to his professional and personal development.
Additionally, Mr. Green holds several certifications that further enhance his capabilities, including a risk management specialized credential from ASQ World Headquarters in 2022, OSHA 30 – General Industry certification from the U.S. Department of Labor in 2022 and a certified lean expert designation from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification in 2022. He likewise obtained his certified six sigma black belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification, a lean specialized credential from ASQ World Headquarters, and lean six sigma green belt from UC Irvine in 2021.
