His competitive leadership mentality, honed during his years as a professional athlete, has been instrumental in driving the company’s success. Mr. Brugnoni currently manages over 100 employees and oversees multiple business ventures that demand meticulous attention to detail.
Affiliated with Dell Anno Home Design since 2021, Mr. Brugnoni initially held the title of director of business development until 2023. During this period, he was responsible for expanding the company’s market presence and cultivating relationships within the high-end interior cabinetry sector. Mr. Brugnoni’s expertise in managing and developing projects, as well as high-end design and building, has established him as a leader in the industry.
Before his tenure at the organization, Mr. Brugnoni co-founded Fresh Meal Plan LLC in 2009, where he served as the director of operations for over a decade, until 2021. The company specialized in preparing meals delivered locally and shipped nationwide. Mr. Brugnoni played a pivotal role in establishing the logistics framework that supported its nationwide operations and managed various aspects of the intricate business. Notably, his background in alternative medicine and holistic nutrition informed the company’s approach to health-focused meal planning.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Brugnoni worked as a professional trainer and fitness instructor from the age of 18 into his early 20s. He was also an undefeated professional mixed martial arts fighter with a record of nine wins and zero losses, serving as a testament to his discipline and determination.
Mr. Brugnoni earned a Bachelor of Science in alternative and complementary medicine and medical systems from Everglades University in Boca Raton in 2011. His education has been influential in his continued success.

He currently oversees a large showroom featuring multiple kitchens, wall units and closets. He has also opened a second location, called the Lighting Loft, a collaborative showroom that operates by appointment only, and is launching additional locations in Naples and Sarasota, Florida. Mr. Brugnoni’s primary goal is to establish these new locations successfully while continuing to grow the business from one site into multiple thriving destinations.
