Morgan Evelyn Goldat, Chief Executive Officer at Central Home Systems Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements and leadership in Telecommunications and Security.

Ms. Goldat has established herself as a leader in systems contracting, currently serving as the chief executive officer of Central Home Systems Inc. in Farmingdale, New York, since 2019. In this capacity, she manages daily operations, including scheduling service technicians. She also oversees inventory, orders parts, answers service calls and directs any unforeseen issues that arise.

Headquartered on Long Island, New York, Central Home Systems Inc. is lauded as a premier security systems integrator company. Working closely with a diverse range of high-level corporate clients, Fortune 500 companies and local businesses alike, the company engages in significant government projects and a variety of systems contracting services. Under Ms. Goldat’s leadership, her team strives to provide superior service and installation backed by quality. Notably, Central Home Systems Inc. specializes in access control and CCTV Systems, providing protection and peace of mind to clients.

Before assuming the chief executive officer position, Ms. Goldat was actively involved with Central Home Systems Inc. for over a decade in various other capacities. Her tenure at the company began in 2004, following in the footsteps of her father, who founded the business four decades ago. Over the course of 20 years with the organization, Ms. Goldat developed a deep understanding of its operations and culture, which proved instrumental when she took over leadership more than five years ago.

Ms. Goldat graduated from Wantagh High School, a public high school in Wantagh, New York, in 2006, followed by earning a Bachelor of Arts in film, cinema and video studies from New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury in 2014. Her education has been instrumental in her ability to lead with creativity.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Goldat is committed to civic engagement and advocacy for equality. She makes monthly donations to the LGBT Network. This nonprofit organization serves as a home and voice to LGBT individuals, their families, and support systems throughout Long Island and Queens, New York. Ms. Goldat also supports The Trevor Project, which focuses on suicide prevention efforts in the LGBTQ community, and another organization called Change Equality through regular contributions. In recognition of her efforts and impact within the community, Ms. Goldat received the Gala Champion Award from the LGBT Network in 2025.

Attributing much of her professional success to her patience and stubbornness, Ms. Goldat believes that these qualities have enabled her to navigate complex challenges and drive sustained growth for Central Home Systems Inc. Rather than drawing inspiration from specific mentors, she finds motivation from the technicians she works alongside each day.

Eager for the future of her career in leadership, Ms. Goldat values being seen as a role model for others and aims to expand Central Home Systems Inc., acquire new employees and additional accounts, and establish herself as the go-to choice on Long Island. She also remains steadfast about the importance of mentorship by providing her expertise to future leaders and supporting various diversity and inclusion initiatives.
