His career foundation was built upon his military service as a staff sergeant in the U.S. Army between 1991 and 1997. This period instilled in Mr. Marbly leadership qualities, discipline and a commitment to service that have been evident throughout his subsequent professional endeavors.
Mr. Marbly’s academic achievements have played a significant role in his career progression. He earned an Associate of Applied Science in business with an emphasis on corporate communications from Olive-Harvey College, City Colleges of Chicago, in 1997. His academic excellence was recognized through induction into the National Honor Society at Olive-Harvey College and membership in the National Society of High School Scholars. Subsequently, Mr. Marbly received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on management and operations, cum laude, from the University of Illinois, Chicago, in 1998.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Marbly is actively involved in civic organizations and community initiatives. Among them, he has been a member of Project Healing Heroes since 2020, supporting efforts to assist military personnel coping with trauma. He has also been affiliated with Stop Soldier Suicide through the Executive Leadership Council since 2020, advocating for mental health support among veterans. Mr. Marbly’s longstanding commitment to volunteerism began in 1997, when he spent nearly two decades supporting The Salvation Army Chicago Metropolitan Division (now The Salvation Army North and Central Illinois Division).
In recognition of his outstanding performance and dedication, Mr. Marbly was honored with the John P.
