In this capacity, he interacts directly with customers and develops strategies that drive the company’s growth and innovation. His expertise in technology-related fields, global services and logistics has been instrumental in shaping the aforementioned organization’s direction and reputation within the industry.

Prior to his present position, Mr. Manning was active as the chief commercial officer at FutureDial Inc. from 2015 to 2019, during which time he was responsible for overseeing commercial operations and expanding the company’s market presence while significantly aiding the company’s sustained growth and customer engagement. From 2014 to 2015, he served as president and chief executive officer of CloudMSP, guiding the company through a period of strategic development and operational refinement. He also worked in the same capacity at CloudMSP from 2008 to 2009, demonstrating his ability to lead organizations through multiple phases of their evolution.

Between 2009 and 2013, Mr. Manning found success as chairman and chief executive officer of ReCellular Solutions. During his tenure, he took a three-year hiatus to care for his wife and authored a book in her honor. While leading ReCellular Solutions, Mr. Manning played a pivotal role in defining the concept of reverse logistics, a term he and his team coined to describe the process of returning failed electronics such as computing devices, disk drives and mobile phones from the field back to factories for repair before re-entering the market. This innovative approach established new industry standards and established him as a thought leader in logistics.

From 1999 to 2008, Mr. Manning was appointed as senior vice president at Solectron and senior vice president at Solectron Global Services. Over nine years, he led global service initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across international markets. Earlier in his career, Mr. Manning thrived as president and chief executive officer of Sequel from 1990 to 1999, where he oversaw all aspects of corporate management and strategic planning. He also contributed as vice president of sales and marketing at AT&T from 1988 to 1989, focusing on expanding market share and strengthening client relationships.

From 1985 to 1988, Mr. Manning was president and chief executive officer of Future International, where he directed business development efforts and organizational growth. Prior to that, he served as president of the communications group at Burroughs-Memorex Corporation from 1983 to 1985, managing communications technology initiatives. Mr. Manning previously refined his skills in the audit department at Rockwell International from 1979 to 1983 after being recruited for his expertise in internal audit practices. He began his career in financial accounting from 1975 to 1979, where he developed critical analytical skills that would inform his future leadership roles.

Beyond his primary responsibilities, Mr. Manning is committed to civic engagement as a supporter of The American National Red Cross and local schools. Throughout his distinguished career, he has been recognized for his contributions to technology services and logistics, including being interviewed by The Wall Street Journal for his insights into industry trends.

Before embarking upon his professional path, Mr. Manning pursued a formal education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earning a Bachelor of Science in economics and accounting in 1974. He became certified as a public accountant in Nebraska that same year. Influenced by an uncle who encouraged him to pursue finance, Mr. Manning credits his strong financial foundation with enabling him to make value-based decisions throughout his career, skills that proved invaluable as he transitioned into management roles.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Manning intends to sell his company and retire while giving back through mentoring others, continuing the legacy of guidance that benefited him throughout his own career. Likewise, he hopes to be remembered as a person of high integrity who consistently upheld honesty in all endeavors, a quality that earned him respect across industries and inspired loyalty among colleagues and followers alike.
