Before her role at Everest Discovery LLC, Ms. Pellegrino served as a bookkeeper and income tax accountant at SMP Bookkeeping and Income Taxes from 2000 to 2018. During this period, she managed financial records, prepared tax returns and provided essential accounting services to clients, building a reputation for accuracy and reliability. Between 2005 and 2017, Ms. Pellegrino was the chief financial officer at Copy Secure Inc., where she oversaw accounts receivable and accounts payable, tax filings and other financial operations, contributing significantly to the company’s fiscal health. Additionally, she served as a tax preparer at Touey & Company LLC from 2005 to 2009, where she prepared individual and business tax returns while advising clients on compliance with evolving tax regulations.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Pellegrino served as an accounts payable supervisor at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer headquartered in New York City, from 1992 to 2005. She also worked as a controller at Indoor Quality Solutions Inc., a manufacturing company based in York, Pennsylvania, between 2002 and 2003.
Ms. Pellegrino earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from Cabrini University in Radnor, Pennsylvania, in 2017. She also holds professional credentials as a registered tax return preparer with the Internal Revenue Service and as a RelativityOne Certified Pro.
Additionally, Ms. Pellegrino’s leadership was instrumental in achieving ISO certification for Everest Discovery LLC, a milestone she regards as one of her most significant accomplishments. Despite initially lacking a background in security or digital litigation support, she led her team through the rigorous certification process, which gave her team a competitive edge and boosted morale. The ISO credential continues to distinguish Everest Discovery LLC in the marketplace through annual audits and recertification.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Ms. Pellegrino is deeply engaged in professional organizations. She is an affiliate professional with the American Bar Association. She also serves as the director and co-chair for Women Owned Law, supporting women entrepreneurs in legal services. As the chapter director for the Philadelphia chapter of Women in eDiscovery since 2023, she has fostered networking and professional development among peers in the eDiscovery field.
Meanwhile, Ms. Pellegrino’s longstanding commitment to community service includes supporting Camp Achieve through the Epilepsy Foundation Eastern Pennsylvania since 2012. She has also been a member of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia since 2015 and the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce and the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry since 2025.
Ms. Pellegrino has shared her insights through authorship, notably publishing “Effective Strategies for Managing eDiscovery Costs for Law Firms” via Women Owned Law in 2023. Throughout her professional journey, she has demonstrated exceptional expertise in accounting and business management.
