Before being acquired by Gerber Collision & Glass, Ms. Alhnaity served as a senior acquisition project manager at The Boyd Group Services Inc. from 2024 to 2025. During this period, she led her first major strategic acquisition project beginning in 2019, which spanned a year and a half and culminated in her promotion to this senior position.

Ms. Alhnaity began her tenure at The Boyd Group Services Inc. in 2019, where she worked as a strategic project manager. She was then promoted to strategic project manager II, where she continued to drive operational improvements and foster collaboration across departments until 2024. Ms. Alhnaity’s professional journey began at Dovenmuehle Mortgage Inc., where she served as project manager from 2013 to 2019. For over five years, she developed foundational skills in leadership, operational improvement and collaboration that would define her subsequent career trajectory.

Ms. Alhnaity’s academic background has played a pivotal role in her professional development. She earned an Associate of Science in computer and information sciences from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2006. Shortly thereafter, she earned a Bachelor of Science in technical management from DeVry Educational Development Corporation in 2009, followed by a Master of Business Administration in 2011 and a Master of Public Administration in 2012 from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry Educational Development Corporation.

In addition to her formal degrees, Ms. Alhnaity’s commitment to continuous learning is reflected in several credentials, including certification as a nutritionist from American Fitness Professionals and Associates and as a project management professional and Lean Six Sigma green belt from MicroTrain Technologies. These credentials have enhanced her ability to lead complex projects and implement practical process improvements.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Alhnaity is deeply engaged with civic-minded organizations. Since 2025, she has served as multigenerational lead for ERG Sync, contributing to initiatives that foster inclusivity and support diverse communities within the workplace. A lifelong martial artist, Ms. Alhnaity began practicing karate in 1993 and advanced to the rank of sixth-degree black belt in Shiru style. As a member of Team USA, she has competed at the local, national, and regional levels throughout her life and began competing on the world stage at the World Karate Championship in 2012. Notably, she won gold in her age group at the World Karate & Kickboxing Championship for three consecutive years, earning world champion titles in both 2017 and 2018, two gold medals in 2019, and another gold medal in 2021.

Ms. Alhnaity’s efforts during her tenure at The Boyd Group Services Inc. were recognized with the Silver Wow Star Award in 2021, reflecting her commitment to excellence and innovation. The organization later honored her with the 2024 Bronze Wow Star Award for her outstanding contributions.

Attributing her success to discipline, Ms. Alhnaity envisions continued professional advancement as a leader who guides others and remains open to learning new skills within her field. She also intends to stay active in the karate community, regardless of her competitive status.
