Before his current roles, Mr. Bergeron spent over 20 years as a lead service technician at Cameron Iron Works, now Cameron, from 1982 to 2005. During this period, he honed his technical skills and developed a comprehensive understanding of oilfield operations, which laid the foundation for his subsequent achievements in subsea installation and completion work. Before joining Cameron Iron Works, Mr. Bergeron gained practical experience through mechanic work.
Mr. Bergeron’s educational background includes a high school diploma from Vandebilt Catholic High School in Houma, Louisiana, and a diploma in automobile and automotive mechanics technology from Louisiana Vocational and Technical School, both earned in 1975.
Throughout his extensive tenure in the profession, Mr. Bergeron has become recognized as an expert in oil rig operations and completion work following well drilling. He takes great pride in this accomplishment and is particularly proud of his longevity and sustained impact within the industry.
