In this capacity, Mr. Kunz manages customer relations and coordinates valve jobs, audits factories and facilities for valve, heat exchanger, pump and process-related repairs, and oversees both part-time laborers and full-time technicians to ensure successful project execution. He collaborates closely with project managers across the West and Mid-nation regions to complete nationwide projects, frequently traveling to locations such as New Mexico and Idaho to perform specialized service work.

Recruited from Chobani LLC, Mr. Kunz served as a computer maintenance management system administrator from 2024 to 2025. In this administrative role, he oversaw operational systems at the company’s New York office, ensuring efficient processes across all locations. Between 2022 and 2024, he served as a planner and scheduler for the organization, transitioning into maintenance management after several years in production leadership. His responsibilities included optimizing maintenance schedules and improving workflow efficiency.
Mr. Kunz was first hired by Chobani LLC in 2017. He spent five years as a production lead at its Idaho location. During this period, he gained extensive experience in operations supervision and management, playing a key role in enhancing operational systems and supporting company growth.
Among his earlier contributions, Mr. Kunz was an acting supervisor and lead at Elwood Staffing Services Inc. from 2016 to 2017, where he developed foundational skills in team leadership and project coordination. He began his career in the dairy industry as a supervisor at Hatfield Manufacturing Inc. in 2015. There, he acquired comprehensive knowledge of dairy processing, from milk procurement to product manufacturing, and became adept at managing equipment, executing projects and ensuring product quality.
Mr. Kunz’s academic background has been instrumental in shaping his professional achievements. He earned an Associate of Arts in liberal arts and sciences from the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, Idaho, in 2018, followed by multidisciplinary studies in business administration and management at Boise State University in Boise, Idaho, in 2021, and a Master of Business Administration in Management from Western Governors University in 2024. In addition to his formal education, Mr. Kunz holds credentials including reliability and maintainability implementation certification, designation as a certified maintenance and reliability professional, and maintenance and reliability certification. He also received multiple certifications from the Tickle College of Engineering at the University of Tennessee.
Throughout his career journey, Mr. Kunz has demonstrated a commitment to professional development and industry engagement. He is an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Mr. Kunz’s leadership was recognized with the National Engaged Leader Award from Delta Psi Omega. He attributes much of his success to the unwavering support of his family, a source of encouragement throughout his career, and to the mentorship of his father, a guiding influence.
