Earlier in his career, Mr. Culp worked as a premium auditor at Information Providers, Inc., in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area for nearly 10 years, starting in 2006. His role involved developing a solid foundation in accounting practices and insurance auditing that would inform his later leadership roles.

Born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Mr. Culp draws inspiration from his family background. His father’s work as a truck driver and his mother’s career as an educator motivated him to make a positive impact on others’ lives. Looking ahead, Mr. Culp aims to deepen his knowledge of risk management by developing a comprehensive enterprise risk management model for Martin Energy Group Services and pursuing the associate risk management designation. Additionally, he is committed to supporting Stained Glass Theatre of Mid-Missouri in securing its future home and expanding its production capabilities to further its ministry within the community.
