Since 2025, he has served as the founder and chief executive officer of Paxion Cybersecurity in Madison, Wisconsin. In this capacity, Mr. Jalinske leads business operations, develops proprietary artificial intelligence (AI)-native cybersecurity platforms, consults for enterprise clients and oversees cyber education and training programs. He is also responsible for managing cybersecurity talent recruitment and career services, with a focus on simplifying, educating and securing the information security landscape for mid-market enterprises. Mr. Jalinske’s expertise in AI-native cybersecurity solutions has positioned him as a leading authority in the industry.
Before launching Paxion Cybersecurity, Mr. Jalinske was the technical and strategic cybersecurity consulting lead at TekStream Solutions, LLC, from 2024 to 2025. Notably, he spearheaded a yearlong project for the firm’s largest client, a $20 billion enterprise. Mr. Jalinske’s leadership resulted in a 65% reduction in supply chain cybersecurity incidents and estimated savings of $10 million to $20 million in deployment costs and fines, a highlight of his professional journey.
Between 2022 and 2023, Mr. Jalinske served as a senior cybersecurity manager at Springs Window Fashions in Middleton, Wisconsin, where he directed security initiatives to protect critical business assets. He also served as senior information security lead for the state of Wisconsin from 2021 to 2022, where he was instrumental in advancing statewide information security protocols.
Mr. Jalinske’s commitment to education was reflected in his role as an adjunct lecturer in information systems management at the Wisconsin School of Business from 2020 to 2021. He also contributed as a program director for cybersecurity policy and education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2019 to 2021, where he shaped curriculum and policy development for future cybersecurity professionals.
Earlier, Mr. Jalinske excelled as a team lead for security education and training (SETA) at GRC in Madison, Wisconsin, from 2015 to 2019. He also worked as a program manager for Advanced Security in Greenbelt, Maryland, between 2014 and 2015.
Mr. Jalinske’s academic background includes a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University, where he competed with the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I men’s tennis team, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The George Washington University. He also holds several industry certifications, most recently the CITI Program’s human subjects research certification and Splunk infrastructure monitoring credentials from Splunk LLC.
Professionally active, Mr. Jalinske is a member of the InfraGard National Members Alliance, Inc., and the Tony Robbins Network. His civic engagement includes ongoing involvement with the Wisconsin Humane Society and participation with WBYC.
Throughout his career, Mr. Jalinske has been recognized for his thought leadership through presentations at major industry conferences. Notably, he presented “Social Engineering and Online Security: How to Thwart Cybercriminals and be a Good Cyber Citizen” at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay’s Cybersecurity Awareness Month Continuing Professional Education Online Seminar in 2020.
Mr. Jalinske attributes his success to resilience developed through competitive athletics and emotional intelligence cultivated early in life. These qualities have enabled him to overcome setbacks and achieve excellence across multiple domains. Mr. Jalinske’s entry into cybersecurity was profoundly influenced by his experience working near the World Trade Center during the September 11th attacks while employed by Lehman Brothers in New York City. Witnessing the impact of such catastrophic events inspired him to dedicate his career to preventing large-scale disasters, particularly those arising from cyber threats, by leveraging AI-driven solutions to safeguard society.
