His efforts led to his emergence as the leading provider in Delaware and played a central role in establishing a new office in the region.
Mr. Thompson’s success in Delaware led to his selection as one of only six individuals nationwide to launch a new division in the Philadelphia market. Over four years, he helped expand the number of offices from six to 75 nationwide. By 2025, this division had grown to approximately 150 offices across the United States.
From 2015 to 2017, Mr. Thompson served as a divisional practice lead at Aston Carter, Inc., in Philadelphia, where he oversaw business development initiatives and managed high-performing teams delivering specialized staffing solutions. His earlier tenure as an account executive at the organization, spanning five years between 2012 and 2017, helped solidify his reputation as a results-driven professional adept at cultivating long-term client relationships.
Mr. Thompson’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in energy, environmental and mineral economics from The Pennsylvania State University, completed in 2001.
