Before launching Critical IT Solutions, Mr. Eshack was the senior vice president of Global Pharmaceutical Sourcing, an authorized wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical and biological products, from 2005 to 2009. In this capacity, he most notably designed and developed infrastructure across the company’s five nationwide offices and increased revenue by 200% for three consecutive years.
Between 1997 and 2005, Mr. Eshack served as the director of information technology services at The CDM Group Incorporated. During his tenure, he led a significant restructuring of the company, transforming it from a modest operation with 25 employees into a thriving enterprise with 200 employees. Under Mr. Eshack’s guidance, The CDM Group received numerous awards for excellence, reflecting his exceptional leadership and vision in modernizing the organization. This period stands out as a highlight of his career, showcasing his ability to drive substantial growth and foster a culture of achievement.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Eshack founded YTIC.com Inc. in 1995 and served as its chief executive officer until 2001. He was responsible for establishing the company’s strategic direction during the formative years of internet commerce, positioning it as an early innovator in the digital marketplace.
Mr. Eshack’s academic background has played a pivotal role in his professional accomplishments. He earned a Bachelor of Science in management of telecommunications systems from Capitol Technology University in 1996, which provided him with foundational expertise in telecommunications infrastructure and systems management. Further enhancing his credentials, he obtained a certificate in project management for information systems and information technology from Villanova University in 2009. Returning to college, Mr. Eshack acquired a Master of Business Administration in information technology from Florida Institute of Technology in 2012, equipping him with advanced knowledge in both business management and technological innovation.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Eshack is committed to civic engagement. Most notably, he is involved with The Nature Conservancy, reflecting his dedication to environmental stewardship.
The entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic instilled by his father, who founded Yemen’s first corporation and pioneered its electricity infrastructure, have been central to Mr. Eshack’s approach to business and leadership. At age 12, he began managing one of his father’s stores, an experience that shaped his future ambitions. These early influences taught him the importance of prioritizing family and maintaining integrity while pursuing professional success.
After immigrating to the U.S. in 1983, Mr. Eshack pursued studies in telecommunications management and business administration before founding multiple companies. Recognizing the challenges faced by small and mid-sized businesses in adapting to rapidly evolving technology, he established Critical IT Solutions to provide affordable, secure and comprehensive consulting services tailored to their needs. Looking ahead, Mr. Eshack intends to expand Critical Information Technology Solutions beyond its current regional focus into national and potentially international markets by replicating its successful business model across new territories.
