Ms. Rhodes’s approach integrates energy work and mindset coaching, helping clients overcome mental barriers to achieve personal growth.

Apart from her work at Sarah Rhodes Equestrian, Ms. Rhodes is the creator of The RIDE Method™ and A New Equestrian Mindset™, further expanding her influence in the industry by offering innovative programs that focus on unlocking mindset blocks and fostering positive change. Ms. Rhodes’s work includes a combination of mindset coaching, energy awareness and intuitive connection to help riders find balance, confidence and a sense of calm both in and out of the saddle. Beyond her contributions in this sector, Ms. Rhodes has been active in online retail as an independent consultant with Arbonne. Since 2017, she has leveraged her skills in wellness and personal development to support clients in achieving their health goals.

From 2008 to 2014, Ms. Rhodes held the position of barn manager at Fox Farms. In this capacity, she managed daily operations, supervised staff and ensured the well-being of horses under her care. Her early professional experiences also included roles in barn management, participation in summer camps and guiding trail rides. These foundational experiences shaped Ms. Rhodes’s approach to equestrian coaching.

Ms. Rhodes’s academic background included earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in equine business management from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg, North Carolina, in 2005. She is also recognized for her expertise as a Reiki master teacher, a testament to her commitment to holistic development and personal well-being.

Throughout her career, Ms. Rhodes has been committed to professional growth and excellence. She is a member of the United States Equestrian Federation, the United States Dressage Federation, and the North Carolina Dressage and Combined Training Association. These affiliations reflect her dedication to maintaining high standards within the industry and staying connected with advancements in equestrian sports.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Rhodes is civically engaged as a board member for Two Hearts One Language Equine Facilitated Learning Program. She also supports charitable causes through donations to organizations such as Donate, Favorite Charity.

Among her most significant achievements, Ms. Rhodes is particularly proud of stepping out from behind others’ shadows to establish her own business. She considers this transition into entrepreneurship her greatest accomplishment to date. Her commitment to continuous improvement led her to train with international experts, enhancing both her riding and coaching abilities. In 2018, Ms. Rhodes also notably guided one of her thoroughbred horses, an animal not considered elite, to earn fourth place in the prestigious Horse of the Year competition, underscoring her skill as a trainer.

Ms. Rhodes’s perseverance through challenges and unwavering dedication to creating supportive environments for personal growth have been central to her achievements. Having ridden horses since age 2 and owned her first horse at age 4, her lifelong passion for equestrianism has driven her professional journey. Looking ahead, Ms. Rhodes aspires to coach equestrian retreats for women globally with an emphasis on self-care alongside their horses and plans to launch a trail-riding business in the Altoona Crescent area of Pennsylvania. Her career reflects a blend of expertise in horsemanship, business acumen and a deep commitment to empowering others through mindset transformation and holistic practices.
