From 1995 to 2010, Mr. Beer served as the founder and chief executive officer of Techknowledgy Group in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Beer notably entered the technology sector at age 20, by founding this company as a computer consultant and trainer, teaching individuals how to use the internet before expanding into managed service provider operations over a span of 15 years.
Mr. Beer’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Sydney, completed in 1997. This foundation in education has informed his approach to leadership and communication throughout his career. In 2012, Mr. Beer earned an equivalency certification for a Bachelor of Applied Science in computer science from the University of Maryland, further strengthening his technical expertise.
