Since 2026, she has served as the co-founder of Institutional Governance Architecture, Praetorian Architecture, in Dallas, Texas, where she focuses on governance frameworks and the safety of private capital transactions.
In addition to establishing herself in this capacity, Ms. Dick launched Optimum Financial Partners in 2026 in Dallas, guiding real estate investors seeking to scale their enterprises by leveraging family office resources. Her role involves evaluating both companies seeking funding and the investment opportunities presented to them.
Additionally, Ms. Dick founded The Sheepdog Network in Dallas in 2026, specializing in supply chain and wholesale distribution of meat products across the United States. As founder, she is tasked with overseeing procurement, supplier relationships, logistics and fulfillment, ensuring reliable delivery and execution nationwide.
Before these recent ventures, Ms. Dick co-founded AI Brokers (AiBrokers) in Flower Mound, Texas, in 2025, a data infrastructure platform designed to standardize how private credit transactions are processed, evaluated and executed. Specifically, the platform connects family offices and hedge funds directly with borrowers while ensuring compliance and authenticity in private capital transactions. This venture is currently undergoing a rebranding initiative to become Embark. AI Brokers was also recently highlighted at NASDAQ’s trading floor, underscoring its growing industry presence.
Since 2013, Ms. Dick has also worked as an independent insurance agent, focusing on commercial property coverage for clients primarily in Texas and Florida. Her expertise extends to securing critical policies such as directors’ and officers’ insurance for family offices and to navigating regulatory frameworks across various states.
From 2008 to 2026, Ms. Dick garnered experience as a certified healthy coach with Get Healthy, Wealthy and Wise, where she promoted wellness initiatives alongside her financial consulting work. Her tenure at Ameriprise Financial between 2004 and 2026 marked a significant period of growth. Initially distributing business cards at local retailers to build a client base, Ms. Dick advanced into corporate roles where she often interviewed prospective advisers’ partners about the realities of establishing a financial practice from the ground up. After relocating to Texas in 2012, she contributed to elevating her branch to number one in the industry before transitioning into independent practice in 2020.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Dick worked as a council secretary for the School Health Advisory Council at Lewisville Independent School District from 2012 to 2015. She was also a certified health coach as well as an education coordinator and mentor coordinator for NW Community Professionals under BNI Global LLC between 2010 and 2012. Among other opportunities, Ms. Dick co-owned a local sports bar with her then-husband, following her tenure managing a carpet-cleaning company.
Ms. Dick’s educational background included coursework in law at Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Her credentials further reflect her commitment to ongoing learning and industry excellence. Ms. Dick holds certification from SubTo, WebCE, 360training and Lynda.com (now LinkedIn Corporation) in various areas of business. She also holds an insurance license, a certified health coach designation from the National Institutes of Health, a certified B2B vacation benefits representative status from WorldVentures Holdings LLC, and a general lines agent life, accident, health and HMO certification from the Texas Department of Insurance.
In 2010, Ms. Dick became a founding member of the Portland Business Circle. Previously, she served on the President’s Council for the Portland Business Alliance from 2009 to 2010. Civic engagement also remains integral to Ms. Dick’s ethos. She has contributed as a finance council member at her local church and has volunteered with the Parent Teacher Association. Her dedication extends to community service, demonstrated by her efforts teaching martial arts to autistic children and mentoring young girls facing bullying or behavioral challenges. Notably, Ms. Dick was ranked in the top 10 nationally in martial arts, a testament not only to physical discipline but also to her passion for empowering others through self-confidence training as a leading authority in the discipline.
