Ms. Sciarroni also chaired several committees within the association and held various leadership roles over two decades. Besides her contributions to the Contra Costa Association of Realtors, she is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors.

After passing her salesperson license exam on the first attempt and later learning she could have qualified directly for the broker’s exam, Ms. Sciarroni earned her broker’s license just one year later.

She recognizes varying levels of experience among agents involved in transactions and strives to elevate education levels industrywide by sharing knowledge generously with peers on both sides of every deal. For those considering careers in real estate or any field requiring close client engagement, Ms. Sciarroni encourages pursuing vocations aligned with genuine passion rather than financial motivation alone, believing fulfillment stems from helping others achieve their goals.
