In addition to his executive role at Gain Property Group, Mr. Le has been an active real estate investor since 2017. His passion for real estate investing was ignited during his early career and ultimately inspired his transition from the corporate sector to entrepreneurship.
Before his current endeavors, Mr. Le served as the director of regulatory affairs at Radformation, a company that specializes in saving time for cancer clinics through automation software. For several years, he oversaw compliance and regulatory strategies in the medical device industry. Recruited from RQM+, a leading MedTech solutions partner, Mr. Le contributed his expertise as a senior consultant at the firm, providing regulatory and quality guidance to prominent clients, such as Johnson & Johnson, Philips and Hologic, as well as several smaller enterprises.
Mr. Le’s professional journey began with a decade of service in the U.S. Army from 2013 to 2023. During this time, he held the rank of lieutenant in the military police. His extensive background in military operations has played a significant role in his leadership abilities and discipline.
Pivotal in shaping his career trajectory, Mr. Le began his academic journey with a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences earned in 2013. Subsequently, he received a Master of Science in regulatory affairs from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, in 2016, a credential that underpinned his success in regulatory roles within the medical device sector. Mr. Le acquired a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in finance from Boston College in 2021. Beyond his primary education, he holds the certified property manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Active in his professional sphere, Mr. Le has been a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Institute of Real Estate Management since 2024. He also values being a member of supportive peer groups, such as Vistage, which fosters collaboration among business owners.
