Ms. Forster’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in education, followed by a Bachelor of Arts in liberal studies from Chico State University and a Bachelor of Science in health and wellness from Kaplan Inc. Having endured more than 100 hearings over less than 10 years, during which she lost homes, vehicles and was separated from her sons for eight months, she recognized the absence of advocates for individuals facing similar hardships. Drawing on these experiences, Ms. Forster committed herself to supporting others who find themselves overwhelmed by legal proceedings or life transitions. Her bilingual proficiency in Spanish enables her to serve an even broader community.
