During this period, he gained valuable insights into workplace safety and regulatory compliance that continue to inform his approach to business operations today.

He completed a Bachelor of Arts in biology and chemistry from Kentucky State University in Frankfort in 1999 and a master’s degree in biology from the University of Kentucky in Lexington in 2001.
