Apart from his work in finance, Mr. Massi leads military operations through his continued service in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, where he has been recognized as a major since 2014. After making the decision to join the Marine Corps following college and graduate school, he completed Officer Candidate School and The Basic School before receiving his Military Occupational Specialty through Naval Aviation Logistics and Supply School. Transitioning from active duty to the reserves, Mr. Massi has continued to serve with distinction, mobilizing multiple times and completing premier professional military education programs, such as Expeditionary Warfare School and Command and Staff College. Among his proudest achievements has been serving as a company commander responsible for training recruits, a role he considers the highlight of his military career due to its challenge and impact.
Mr. Massi’s educational background has been instrumental in shaping his career trajectory. He earned a dual Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from Siena University in Loudonville, New York, in 2011, and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana, in 2012. Mr. Massi’s academic foundation provided the knowledge necessary for success in financial services and continues to inform his work developing investment platforms at JP Morgan.
In addition to formal education, Mr. Massi holds several professional certifications that further distinguish his expertise. These include the Series 7 license and Series 63 license from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
