Chef Aiello has loved food since he was a child. Throughout his childhood in Italy, his family prepared a feast every Sunday. Though nobody in his family was a professional chef, his grandmother, mother, and father were excellent cooks, which was the key to developing Chef Aiello’s love for the kitchen. While he has always loved the kitchen, he did not always want to be a chef. He initially wanted to become a professional soccer player. Sadly, that dream fell through when he was 19. While unfortunate, that moment turned out to be the encouragement he needed to devote his life to the kitchen.
Chef Aiello went on to pursue a culinary degree from an established institution in Italy. During his studies, he encountered several individuals who took a special interest in him. They invested their time in enlightening him with their techniques and general knowledge of how to cook properly. With these experiences and newfound knowledge, Chef Aiello was able to find success not only as a chef but as a business owner as well.
Chef Aiello worked for various restaurants in central Florida for 21 years. His practice in their diverse kitchens was extremely beneficial and rewarding, though he always had bigger dreams. In 2011, he was finally able to open a restaurant, Francesco’s Ristorante & Pizzeria, where he is the current head chef and owner. The restaurant holds the title of the Best Italian Restaurant. Chef Aiello believes his success comes from his primary focus on his business. It is not his dream to have multiple restaurants, as he must maintain quality and consistency within the one he has. He is delighted every day to see his restaurant grow.
