Since 2008, Mr. Hoffer has excelled in numerous roles with Hoffer Plastics, an industry leader and innovator in the custom injection molding industry based in Elgin, Illinois and serving customers around the world in industries that include packaging, automotive, appliances and consumer industrial. He has provided superior service as an estimator, sales associate, business development manager, packaging sales manager, director of packaging, vice president of business development and since 2019, chief revenue officer. Mr. Hoffer provided superior service overseeing sales, operations, product, business development, manufacturing, operations, quality, customer service and engineering.
Following coursework at Pepperdine University in California in 2002, Mr. Hoffer obtained a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana in 2004 and further coursework toward a master’s degree in education at DePaul University in Chicago from 2005 to 2007. He holds a Certificate of Completion in Fundamentals of Sales Management from the American Management Association and is certified to teach in the state of Illinois.
Mr. Hoffer attributes his success to his deep faith. He believes that he is blessed despite the challenges of life. He also attributes his success to the people who have supported him along the way. Mr. Hoffer is involved as a volunteer and former trustee of Christ Community Church in Saint Charles, Illinois, and is also active with the Pan-African Academy of Christian Surgeons (PAACS), which is an organization that trains surgeons how to serve patients in areas that lack proper resources. In addition, he served with the Boys and Girls Club of America as a volunteer. In the coming years, Mr. Hoffer intends to make Hoffer Plastics ever more technologically advanced.
