Since 2008, Mr. Luper has excelled as a protective security specialist and nationally registered advanced emergency medical technician with Constelis, a leading provider of end-to-end risk management and comprehensive security solutions to safeguard people and infrastructure globally. In this role, he has been deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan, where he has been stationed in Kabul for the past decade, as a tactical PSD medic, enjoying he top secret clearance with the United States Department of State. His areas of expertise include security, emergency medicine, advanced cardiac life support, advanced pediatric life support, tactile combat causality care and hospital trauma life support.

Previously, Mr. Luper served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1994 to 2000 as an airman apprentice and hospital corpsman aboard the USS Constellation from 1994 to 1997 in shipboard maintenance and flood and damage control and from 1997 to 2000 as a hospital corpsman with the Branch Clinic Naval Station in San Diego. With the U.S. Marines at the 1st Medical Battalion Camp in Pendleton, California from 2000 to 2002, Mr. Luper excelled as a field medical duty corpsman.

Mr. Luper subsequently prospered as an Emergency Department Technician from 2002 to 2006 with the Kingwood, Texas Medical Center’s Emergency Department and from 2006 to 2009 with the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians servicing 911 EMS Systems in Arlington.

Mr. Luper attributes his success to passion and desire to help support his family, particularly his daughters. Being able to achieve 3,000 to 3,500 missions with 100% success rate was Mr. Luper’s most notable accomplishment. In addition, not one of the diplomats in his care have ever been harmed, shamed, embarrassed, or harassed under his protection. In the coming years, Mr. Luper aspires to work in executive protection.
