Passionate about role model leadership through collaboration, Dr. McNeil is employed as a Director for Citigroup in Jacksonville, Florida. In preparation for her career in business, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from Georgian Court College, now Georgian Court University, in 1984. She continued her higher education at Nova Southeastern University, earning a Master of Business Administration in 1991. In 1996, Dr. McNeil earned a Doctor of Business Administration in finance from Nova Southeastern University. Eminently qualified in her field, she is an Agile Certified Product Owner, a Six Sigma Black Belt, a Six Sigma Green Belt, a Certified Information Security Manager, a Project Management Professional and a Certified Information Systems Auditor, among numerous further professional certifications.
Prior to her current position, Dr. McNeil garnered experience as the Senior Vice President of cyber crimes and global information security with Citigroup from 2017 to 2019. From 2013 to 2017, she was the Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff of Global Digital at Citigroup, and from 2003 to 2017, she was Vice President, client service manager and North American Human Resources Citi Cards Compliance and Controls Officer with Citigroup. Alongside her primary positions, Dr. McNeil was a speaker at The Sterling Council Conference in 2022, a speaker at the State of Florida Governor’s Sterling Conference from 2008 to 2019 and a speaker at numerous industry conferences and symposia. For her professional excellence, she has been honored with numerous awards and accolades, including being a Gold Medalist for the President’s Volunteer Award from 2005 to 2022. Dr. McNeil has previously been a recipient of Faculty of the Year Award and the Faculty of the Decade Awards from University of Phoenix as well as honored as an American Biographical Institute Honorary Member-Research Board of Advisors.
