Prior to this position, he served as a VMS/MS customer support representative for Pontoon Solutions from 2011 to 2012, a change management and training manager for Pontoon Solutions from 2012 to 2017, the director of professional services for DCR Workforce from 2017 to 2019, and a customer adoption consultant for SAP Fieldglass from 2019 to 2021. He previously worked for the Adecco Group as an associate care ambassador and an MSP delivery workforce support representative for Google between 2009 and 2011. Mr. Slivinski began his career as a freelance graphic designer for Slistudio from 2000 to 2007 before working as an operations supervisor for First American Title from 2007 to 2009.

Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Slivinski pursued an education at the Rochester Institute of Technology, from which he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in graphic arts and art history in 2003. He subsequently obtained his certification in change management from the Acuity Institute in 2014 and completed graduate coursework at St. Petersburg University. Attributing his success to his flexibility and a positive mindset rooted in the tenets of improvisation, he is incredibly proud of the opportunity to focus on diversity within his team building and development efforts. Looking toward the future, Mr. Slivinski aims to discover and implement ways in which artificial intelligence can empower people, expand their reach, and alleviate their fears of redundancy.
